The training center is open to boys and girls, ages 7 to 18. Membership is free for eligible youth and requires an interview that will be scheduled after the review of the application.

Have a parent or legal guardian ask for a membership application in person or simply download the application below. Staff will be happy to help you with the application and answer any questions if you visit us in person.
