Our History
In 2020, Jeremiah Mitchell started The Mitchell Embrace NFP independently at the local community center where he taught functional training and fitness. Our purpose is to offer impoverished youth a constructive recreational opportunity as an alternative to common things that attack youth in our community in times of idleness such as crime, drugs and violence.

Hillcrest High School, Rich Township High School, Homewood-Flossmoor High School, Midwest Hawks, Crete Bulldogs, Matteson Bears, Blueprint Hoop, and the Joliet Ravens are just a few to name!
